All of our products are ordered for you, so they will go through a production process and therefore will have processing time.

What are the shipping charges?

Orders over $89 are eligible for free shipping in the UK, Mexico,Span,Italy,Austria,Sweden,Australian,Canada.etc. For orders under $89, we charge an $12-19 (flat rate) shipping and handling fee. Tracking information will be provided via email after fulfillment.

How long does it take for a buyer to receive their order?

Processing time: 2-4 business days(Monday - Friday) for processing and preparation before shipment,customize order depends on the dealing.

Shipping time: 5 - 14 business days (Monday - Friday), some area take 10-20days(Monday - Friday)

Can orders be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for individual orders. If you wish to have your items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

If your item does not arrive, for example if it is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will sort it out for you.

Important Notes 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize that this is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If a product has been shipped, a refund cannot be processed until the product is returned to us.
